from the 25th of october to 1st we will be open till 8:30pm every day
Thank you for shopping at Our Coven We offer refund or exchange within the first 14 days of your purchase, if the item is faulty if 14 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind. Please contact us asap if you have a faulty item and take pictures on arrival.
We send our items via Royal mail and Evrie and will send you tracking numbers so you can track your items. Any issue with delivery please contact the delivery company first
